Product Availability:
All of our jewelry is custom designed and manufactured at our site in Albuquerque, NM. If you are interested in a piece that is currently on back order. please call us and we can tell you when the item will be available. Because this jewelry is made here in our facility, there may be a 1-4 week delay before the piece can be shipped. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

At Sacred Cloud Designs, we make every effort to ensure that our online inventory is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our pieces in full detail, some pieces may appear lager or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, size may vary slightly. On our site, we provide the measurements of each piece based our our manufacturing specifications.
Sacred Cloud Designs is committed to complete customer satisfaction. Sacred Cloud Designs takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise manufactured at our facility, and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase made online for any reason: Sacred Cloud Designs will refund that purchase within 15 days from the original purchase date. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the refund. The contents of the package must be in their original conditions and secured within the box. For your security, do not disclose the contents of the package on the exterior of the mailing package.
Please insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Sacred Cloud Designs is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Sacred Could Designs will process your return upon receipt of the package. Sacred Cloud Designs must confirm that the returned jewelry or artwork has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 15-day return period.
Exchanges:
All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any item may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the exchange.
Shipping:
All of our shipments will be delivered using USPS, Federal Express or UPS.
Limited Warranty:
Sacred Cloud Designs guarantee is simple. If something is wrong due to faulty workmanship, we take care of it. It's a fair way of doing business. That being said, precious metals erode and stones can become damaged over time. When normal wear occurs, repairs can be done in-house by our expert staff at the normal repair fees. Any work performed by a jeweler other than Sacred Cloud Designs automatically voids the warranty. This warranty is not an insurance policy. It is the responsibly of the customer to maintain insurance against loss or damage not covered by the warranty.
